How does buffer time actually work?
Set a buffer on any service (say, 15 minutes to reset a room) and it's added automatically after every booking of that service - the next slot on the booking page simply doesn't appear until the buffer has passed.
Can two therapists share one room?
Yes, assign the room per booking rather than per therapist if that's how your spa actually runs, and BookSwift still keeps two sessions from ever overlapping in it.
Can I sell gift vouchers through it?
The booking page itself is the voucher link - share it as a gift, in your own branding, and Stripe pays the booking straight into your account the same as any other.
What stops a double-booking on the sauna?
Each room or space has its own calendar, so a slot disappears from the booking page the instant it's taken, buffer included.
Can each therapist see only their own day?
Yes. Staff get their own login and six permission toggles: see the calendar, edit bookings, read client notes, change their hours, and so on.
