Two barbers, one client, same time slot?
Can't happen. Each barber has their own calendar and their own hours, so a slot disappears from the booking page the moment it's taken. If someone books "first available", it lands on whichever chair is genuinely free.
Can I take a deposit on colour but not on a fade?
Yes, payment is set per service. Colour and balayage can hold an AU$30 deposit, a beard fade can stay pay-in-person, and a wedding party can be charged in full up front. Stripe pays all of it straight into your account.
We still take walk-ins. Does that break it?
No. Add the walk-in from the dashboard in two taps and it blocks the chair immediately, or leave a gap in a barber's hours that the booking page never offers. When a cancellation frees a slot, it reopens to online bookings on its own.
What stops the 9am no-show?
Two automatic reminders, at 24 hours and again at 1 hour before, on every plan including the AU$9 one. Both are branded to your shop and carry a one-tap reschedule link, so a client who can't make it moves themselves instead of vanishing.
Can each barber see only their own day?
Yes. Staff get their own login and six permission toggles: see the calendar, edit bookings, read client notes, change their hours, and so on. Billing stays with you.
We have a client list somewhere else. Can it come across?
Send us the export and we'll import names, numbers and visit history while we build your page. Your list is always yours, and you can export it to CSV any time you like.
