How does a recall reminder actually trigger?
Set an interval on an appointment type (say, 8 weeks for a review), and BookSwift reminds the client automatically once it's due, with a one-tap link back to booking that same appointment type.
Can I see a client's full visit history in one place?
Yes - every booking builds their record automatically: visit count, last visit, and lifetime spend, filterable and exportable to CSV whenever you need it.
Can I take a deposit on an initial consult but not a follow-up?
Yes, payment is set per appointment type. An initial consult can hold a deposit, a standard visit can stay pay-in-person, and Stripe pays every booking straight into your account.
Two practitioners, one client, same slot?
Can't happen. Each practitioner has their own calendar and their own hours, so a slot disappears from the booking page the moment it's taken.
Can practitioners see only their own clients?
Yes. Staff get their own login and six permission toggles: see the calendar, edit bookings, read client notes, change their hours, and so on.
We already keep records elsewhere. Can they come across?
